Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in yoga, fitness, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, and wellness services involves inherent risks including physical injury, dizziness, emotional release, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown.

Medical Disclaimer

Instructors are not medical professionals and services are not medical treatment. I am responsible for consulting a physician regarding any condition, pregnancy, or limitation prior to participation.

Release of Liability (California)

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release Aura House Yoga Studio LLC and its owners, employees, instructors, and contractors from all claims arising from ordinary negligence related to my participation. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Civil Code §1542 Waiver

I expressly waive California Civil Code §1542 regarding unknown or unsuspected claims.

Indemnification & Governing Law

I agree to indemnify the released parties from claims arising from my participation. This agreement is governed by California law.
